The team at Halesowen are welcoming and helpful in any situation. Oliver who designed our Kitchen was efficient and understood what we was looking for in our kitchen. When viewing the designs, Oliver allowed us to adapt and make any changes required to suit and gave us so many options making this easy to create a kitchen fit for me and my family. When required to due to some parts needing replacing or taking back? The team were also very understanding and helpful in making this painless and an easy process. Fully recommend Halesowen Howdens, a great team who thrive to make customers happy with their dream homes.

Shocking Service & Unresolved Manufacturing Defects – Avoid Howdens Halesowen Our dealings with Howdens Halesowen…

Our dealings with Howdens Halesowen have been an absolute disaster. The kitchen we ordered came with clear manufacturing defects on several frontals and end panels — marks, imperfections, and poor finish that are obviously not fit for purpose. Instead of taking responsibility, they’ve tried to fob us off with so-called “special picks,” as if swapping a few bits here and there somehow fixes the underlying manufacturing fault. It doesn’t. We were assured by staff that the branch manager, Conor, wouldn’t leave us without a kitchen. That assurance has proved worthless. Nearly two months later, we are still without a proper resolution, and every conversation feels like another round of excuses rather than action. This entire process has been stressful, frustrating, and an enormous waste of time. We’ve had to chase them endlessly, only to be met with delays, dismissive responses, and a complete lack of accountability. If this is how they treat customers when something goes wrong, I would urge anyone considering using Howdens Halesowen to go elsewhere.
