If it wasnt for the trademan we would…

If it wasnt for the trademan we would never have stuck with Howdens . The kitchen is good quality and we love the end result , but the lack of communication with Howdens , trying to get hold of Faron Halifax was a nightmare and he added stuff on we never asked for . Besides him coming to measure up never spoke to him again. Sent price and photos through email and we had to point out didnt bill us for fridge. The trademan had to keep chasing howdens to get in touch with us. For the price of the kitchen customer service and communications shocking.

Great products at great prices

Firstly made a call, got the prices and checked the stock. In to Depot, got a coffee (free)Ben the man, booked them out. Through the door into the warehouse Met by Franny with a smile and my goods.loaded into the van and on the road again. What's not to like. Well done Guys.

Took daughter to shop/ depot

Took daughter to shop/ depot , friendly staff and helpful. Purchased three doors plus door furniture, ordered on Monday, available for collection by Thursday, all good, big thanks, plus yard staff helped lift doors on to roof rack

I was served by Paul the manager he was very helpful and polite. He helped my wife my sister and me choose the kitchen we were after. Mandy and rob were also very professional in their work.Forain the designer was very knowledgeable and helped us plan the kitchen. Once again thank you Howden Halifax
