Howdens Harlow & Hertford 10 out of 10

Harlow Branch really helpful on the telephone, located items required and arranged with Hertford branch for collection. Hertford branch quick and efficient at processing collection, guys in the warehouse very helpful assisting with loading. All in all 10 out of 10.

Outrageous delivery charges.

Howdens are a great company, but my biggest gripe are the astronomical delivery charges. In an age where delivery nowadays is normally free, £40 for a local delivery when you’ve spent £1400 is outrageous. Wickes delivered the same for £7 and I only spent £68. For this reason I might have to consider a different supplier.
