Shoddy from start to finish

The sales person booked the wrong door out, when I had realised they refused to take it back as I had screwed the hinges onto it. I had to take the cost for her error. Wouldn’t use this depot again

After being talked out not to get a B&Q…

After being talked out not to get a B&Q kitchen and recommended howdens kitchen. I agreed with the fitters and after it was fitted and looking back the kitchen taken out lasted 20 years from B&Q don’t think this kitchen will last as long Plastic still left on all units extracted fan top and splash back not fitted still with plastic on and the work tops are joined you can see they will soon expend with water taps fitted the opposite sides . In the cupboards items fall out and go under the plinths no back boards look like a cheep office kitchen it cost over £4000 looking back should have paid the little extra and gone with B&Q Very disappointing

Howdens have been our supplier for kitchens for many years and the team at Haydock are always friendly & helpful. Cheryl, Roxanne, Lee and Danny are a credit to the team!

Stoic, can't do that ! Begrudging to want to help or even come to the counter as if a customer was an inconvenience. Not 100% sure of date . Maybe they don't like me . I shall be rekindling my Magnet account which I've had longer .

A pleasure to deal with every time, nothing is ever to much trouble when dealing over the counter either coming in for trade items or sending a costumer in to choose a kitchen. You really can’t go wrong with this branch highly recommended
