Design made easy!

I have never written a review but having had the most fabulous customer care from Howdens, felt this needed to be shared. From the design to the finished product, Pete, from Howdens at Hedge End went above and beyond to help. It clearly shows Pete has such pride in his work, and for the company he works for, which is quite rare to find. The quality of my in-frame kitchen is superb, and I can’t wait to show it off to friends and family. In Pete’s absence, the staff who soon got to know my voice (can’t decide if that’s a good or bad thing!) were knowledgable and friendly. Nothing was a problem and so, my journey of designing, buying and fitting my beautiful kitchen was a very happy, stress-free one, mostly down to the expertise and dedication from Pete. Thank you everyone at Howdens Hedge End.

I recently had my kitchen designed and…

I recently had my kitchen designed and installed by Howdens Hedge End. Emma did a great job in creating a stylish layout, and the quality of the materials is good. Rachel was supportive and made us feel valued as customers. However, while the service was generally professional and friendly, I feel there's room for improvement in some areas to achieve perfection. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience, and I'm pleased with the end result.
