Not happy had loads of panels left over…

Not happy had loads of panels left over and couldn’t return even no they’ve in the boxes and need open plus order up two new doors for where cooker went and never got the doors only old doors so don’t fit even no we called up to give different sizes. So in all got old size doors was told to pay another 600 to get the right doors but couldn’t return any extra good what we was sold that didn’t need, so if you think howdens goes the extra mile to put right then no so go somewhere else

Design made easy!

I have never written a review but having had the most fabulous customer care from Howdens, felt this needed to be shared. From the design to the finished product, Pete, from Howdens at Hedge End went above and beyond to help. It clearly shows Pete has such pride in his work, and for the company he works for, which is quite rare to find. The quality of my in-frame kitchen is superb, and I can’t wait to show it off to friends and family. In Pete’s absence, the staff who soon got to know my voice (can’t decide if that’s a good or bad thing!) were knowledgable and friendly. Nothing was a problem and so, my journey of designing, buying and fitting my beautiful kitchen was a very happy, stress-free one, mostly down to the expertise and dedication from Pete. Thank you everyone at Howdens Hedge End.
