Terrible......

Not used Howdens for over 10 years. Used to have an account when we lived up country.. Firstly, when I ordered the kitchen I specifically asked for a 500mm high belfast sink unit. When it arrived I assumed that's what it was and started fitting it. Turns out it was 30mm shorter. Which meant I couldn't use my original belfast sink! Cost a further £200 to buy a new one! I also had one 100mm base unit that was damaged, but I couldn't see the damage until I removed the shelves. The worst problem was the quality of the doors. I know I went for the entry level ones, but they still need to be fit for purpose! They're that thin and light that they don't close! Even when you disengage the soft close! Poor isn't the word. When I mentioned this to the staff and manager they just made lame excuses.....typical of a big company mentality. I will definitely have to replace the doors and will not be using Howdens in the future.

Excellent and would highly recommend

Excellent, professional service with very friendly staff. Overall the process was very smooth and efficient. We did have a few items which were delivered incorrectly, but working with a local branch made it easy to get this resolved without issue. We've used them for bedroom wardrobes, internal doors and a full kitchen and have been very satisfied with the quality and value for money of all. Would highly recommend.
