Ordered a kitchen with compressed…

Ordered a kitchen with compressed laminate. At no point did Howdens tell me that this was a specialist job and would cost significantly more to fit. We also had numerous pieces missing and when I challenged them about the issues they told me that it was discussed in the initial meeting which it wasn't. Kitchen quality is good but the service and information on the products is terrible.

Popped in and reopened our account

Popped in and reopened our account. Had some kitchen wall cupboards. When we went to fix the one noticed that there was a bit of veneer which had peeled off in the corner of the carcass. No one would have known this. It was only visible when we took off the packaging. We had this replaced with no trouble at all.
