Megan at Howdens Heywood is amazing!

We had the help of Megan at Howdens Heywood and she was absolutely amazing start to finish. Didn’t rush us at all in making a decision and presented us with many different options to suit our budget. Even when we had a nightmare joiner (no fault of Howdens), Megan and the team were so supportive and got everything sorted for us in what was a very stressful situation. The kitchen looks incredible now it’s finally finished! Couldn’t reccomened them enough!

Brilliant customer service.

Happy with everything at branch

Happy with everything at branch, Jess is very helpful at Heywood, and Howdens genuinely and generally offer a good service. Certainly a lot more professional than some if their competition. Have to say though, I was disappointed with the condition of the laminate flooring we ordered amongst some other items. Many of the packs had damaged corners, meaning a good number of the planks were unusable. Others had water damage, again meaning some planks couldn't be used, due to the "click" edge becoming warped/swollen. Expected to have 2 full packs spare to return, but ended up having to use them all. It wouldn't put me off using Howdens again, but for laminate flooring I would probably go to B&Q in the future as I can select the packs myself "off the shelf".

Friendly efficient service. Would be good if you provide a cheaper delivery or cutting products in half like skirting boards to fit in smaller vehicles.

Steven and Kayleigh at Howdens heywood have both been fantastic throughout. Helped plan and design our lovely new kitchen, any small issues were sorted quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend to everyone. Both valuable team members made the experience A1.
