We have recently fitted a new kitchen and bedroom furniture in a bungalow that we are renovating for our retirement and we cannot fault the product or excellent service that we have received from Howden's kitchen designer and depot staff.

Good prices but don’t be in a rush to…

Good prices but don’t be in a rush to get your order. Highbridge howdens. Ordered flooring. 2 week delivery. Phone to collect it. My order had been cancelled. So wasn’t in. Said they would deliver for free when it was in as a sorry. Asked if I could collect and they deliver the doors I had ordered for free instead yes no problem. Collected flooring but couldn’t get 1 long strip in car asked them to bring it with doors and to add a turn lock on to my order the same as the hinges and handles (black). Doors were delivered, no strip and a nice polished satin lock. Realised doors were pre finished when I specifically said I didn’t want pre finished. Replacements arranged for doors and lock. Doors arrived week later no lock still no strip. Collected them instead myself. Asked for a long different height door bar. Told they didn’t do them to match my flooring. Ordered a flat one. Checked website found the long different height door bar collected that one instead. Have used Howdens (Bridgwater) for many years. But considering looking else where for the kitchen I’m ordering soon as can’t be waiting around that long to get it.

Howden Highbridge are easily amongst the best people to deal with and such a good crowd of guys and girls. We really enjoy going in there excellent technical knowledge and willingness to try very very hard to go. The extra mile wouldn’t use anybody else.
