Howden Highbridge are easily amongst the best people to deal with and such a good crowd of guys and girls. We really enjoy going in there excellent technical knowledge and willingness to try very very hard to go. The extra mile wouldn’t use anybody else.

No hard sell in sight, just people who care!

Having been to the several kitchen showrooms and experienced "hard selling", 'indifference', 'don't care attitude', 'inferior products', 'not listening' you get the idea.... It was a huge relief to walk into the new Howdens branch in Highbridge & be met by Matt who couldn't have been more helpful! We had not made an appointment but he spent a great deal of time with us, asking lots of questions about what we wanted and giving us options on how Howdens could help. By the end of the day, we had a full quote and kitchen mock up. No hard sell in sight and lots of suggestions to make our £ go further and adjust out dream kitchen to suit us. After we confirmed our purchase, the care continued including recommending an amazing kitchen fitter who we now class as a friend. The products are amazing and of great quality. The fitted kitchen is gorgeous, we are absolutely thrilled with it and have had so many compliments from friends and neighbours about it too. We would have no hesitation in recommending Matt and the Team at Howdens, they care, they look after you and even after you've parted with your hard earned £, they are still as attentive. After sales service is also excellent, a minor scratch in 1 handle (when I say minor, I could't see the fault unless I stared!!) was resolved immediately & even before it had been fitted. Brilliant! You won't regret it!
