I am never one to write a review, however I have experienced an exceptional customer service that I really want to share. My husband and I were finalising our kitchen design with Howdens, and were finding ourselves lost in the final details. We therefore decided to make an appointment in person with our kitchen designer. Our designer was unavailable on the day so Ayrton picked up our project. He went above and beyond to make sure we were absolutely happy with our kitchen design and ironed out the details even though it was past the showroom closing time. He was insistent that we were leaving absolutely happy with every single aspect of the design, explained any queries or things we weren't sure about, all with a huge smile on his face. Fair to say you don't come across customer service of this kind very often. Ayrton - thank you ever so much again for all your incredible help on this day.
