Just brilliant !

My customers had been very very badly treated and completely let down by a well known kitchen retailer, leaving them and their 6 month old baby with no kitchen only 6 days before they were supposed to take delivery. Not a very magnetic experience.. Their old kitchen had been completely gutted ready for the delivery of the new one and they had been told that delivery would now be mid-January, without even an apology. They asked me what they should do and I made a phone call to Sue at Hinckley branch, she was very calm and sympathetic, this was late on a Friday afternoon, Dawn the designer came out to visit the house first thing Tuesday morning, (she would have been there on Monday morning but my clients couldn’t make it). She went through everything with them and put their minds at rest. After a bit of redesigning and a couple of requotes they agreed on the design. Dawn liaised with me at every stage. The kitchen was delivered on the Friday within a week of their let down phone call from the other supplier, the team at Hinckley Howdens had put their pants on the outside of their trousers and come to the rescue like a team of super heroes!! My clients are over the moon with their new Howdens kitchen and are busy telling anyone who will listen how wonderful the guys are. Thanks too from me for well designed well built units and the ‘kitchen fitters pack’ is a very nice touch. Thanks to Jody, Sue and Dawn at the branch and George the driver, you really are stars!!

Rare occasion

From the very moment we walked into the showroom in Hinckley we were dealt with the highest quality of service, Dawn the kitchen designer we spoke to was so very professional in the way she handled our questions and requirements, the kitchen fitter who installed what we had purchased has done a wonderful job. my wife and I are over the moon and can not thank Howdens enough it is very rare nowadays to receive the sort of service we had. Thankyou. Dawn you are one of a kind.

Started off very well but …

Started off very well up to the point of receiving all the funds .. then when you discover problems with the product - they change tactics . Staff very polite though.

Happy with quick response on survey and price, very happy with delivery too just not so happy with Howdens promise of gifts when having survey done, nothing came or even mentioned but they keep on offering items to get you interested, that’s a down side
