I started to install kitchen last week

I started to install kitchen last week. The kitchen was delivered on the day stated, There were a couple of small issues, but these were sorted out promptly. Would highly recommend !

I can’t thank Katie enough at the Hollingbury branch for all of her help. She has been incredibly supportive, always so responsive, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. It makes such a difference when someone genuinely listens and goes out of their way to make the process smooth and stress-free. Katie made the whole experience a pleasure, and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to her in the future. A real credit to Howdens. Thank you!

Faye: simply the best!

Faye has been a fantastic designer to deal with from start to finish. She’s shown real precision on the detail; flair for good design; superb knowledge of Howdens products and the options available; but most of all she’s shown patience when my wife and I have been indecisive or have changed our minds on what we want. We have loved dealing with her and would recommend Howdens to anyone we know due to the experience she has given us in designing and supplying a kitchen for our new extension.

QC poor, remedy very swift

Bought a new oven which made a terrible noise when installed & fired up for the first time. Very disappointing, where was QC? They did get an engineer to fix it very promptly though, the day after I complained.

Howdens made everything easy for us

Getting a new kitchen can be stressful! Katie from the Hollingbury, Brighton branch made it so easy for us, taking time to understand our day to day requirements and budget and designing us a kitchen which, now we have had it installed, is just so beautiful and practical in every way. All our dealings with this branch have been a pleasure. Delivery was fast, quality is superb and the way they worked with our fitter on resolving small problems was very reassuring.

Superb quality with a professional and friendly face!

I was served, as in my previous visits, very quickly and with smiles! (not many places do this!) They helped me get the items I needed, without any fuss or bother and obviously were keen to see me return, since they always do such a great job attending to my needs, including the rep, who always returns my calls and is very friendly at the same time!
