An affront to Common Sense

I had a very pleasant experience. However I take great exception to being told by email that as it’s 15 months since I purchased something you will close my account. I have spent a lot of money with you and so have my contractors on my behalf over the years and as a business woman I don’t think you are retaining custom by threatening to close accounts. Please refrain from such stupidity - it’s an affront to common sense and you will lose customers rest assured.

Customer service from Howdens 2nd to none

Customer service from Dave Hales is incredible. If only all firms were so diligent. Nothing was too much trouble he certainly went the extra mile. Quality of the items we bought also exceptional for the price. Speaking to branch staff was also a great experience very helpful and no fuss.

The Evolution chop saw was recently advertised on Howdens bulletin of special offers at Easter. The price was very attractive complete with an extra blade. Howdens also gave away a free gift together with a new hand saw traded in for an old one.

Reopened account after 1 1/2 years of not using, very easy. Customer service great, I ordered fire door, frame and all the accessories, very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.
