When placing an order it was supposed…

When placing an order it was supposed to be deliver on one of the date given by the sales person so naturally you would turn up to collect the order only then it was told by another staff that those product not in stock as well as it was quote which was raised not proper order so very poor service on more than two occasions now!!!

Very poor customer service

Very bad customer service, very very disappointing they will ignore you when you trying to rerun an item from another branches, I’m not going to travel 30 minutes anyway to get refund, Every Howdens should allow customers to exchange or refund! Another thing I noticed each branch offers different price on same items very very unprofessional, I’ll only go to Howdens if I don’t have options.
