You were recommended to us we haven’t shopped with you before and unfortunately we can’t recommend you ourselves We had wrong cupboard’s delivered chips on drawers and cupboards items not delivered and although these things were put right by the store the one thing not put right is a cupboard door on the top of the oven housing that arrived with 14 pre drilled holes in it and although we contacted the store and customer services they have not put this matter right for us and told us to fill the holes totally not something you expect when buying a new kitchen and although customer services said they would ring us back we have heard nothing so hence no recommendation from us Did you read this review? We have contacted customer services and the last contact we had with them they were supposed to ring us back and we have heard nothing We want a cupboard door that doesn’t have 14 holes in it hopefully now you will answer our request without giving us a stupid reply

Poor quality worktops

Poor quality worktops. 3rd attempt at getting 20mm laminate worktops. Bowed from front to back every time. Not the branches fault. Main office tried to blame it as a site issue even though they came out of the delivery vehicle bowed. I’ve even had wallunits bowed. Not sure what the problem is but it needs sorted.

Brilliant service and excellent quality product to match. The assistance we were given from the time we entered the showroom to choose the kitchen right through to delivery to the room we needed it in was superb. Every item was in perfect condition and well labelled. The level of professional service surpassed anywhere else on the Isle of Skye.
