Extremely disappointing

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Howdens Isleworth - (Ellie - sales representative). We attended an appointment to review our kitchen proposal, but the meeting was very poorly prepared. We waited nearly one hour and a half while Ellie, the sales representative, added items one by one during the appointment. It was clear there had been no preparation in advance. On top of that, she did not present the kitchen design, show us the proposal properly, or walk us through any details, just the final cost ( total amount). There was no proper communication or professional sales approach. I didn’t even stay to go through the laundry section, as it was going to be done item by item while we waited again. For future appointments, I strongly recommend that meetings are properly prepared in advance. If not, they should be postponed. Everyone’s time is valuable, and waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes just to receive a price; which could have been communicated over the phone , is unacceptable. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this branch at all.

Friendly staff that really took an…

Friendly staff that really took an interest in my project. designer took time to explain all my confused 🫤 questions on several occasions allowing me to understand a bit more about the installation. The project has been much slower than I anticipated however Howdens have not placed any pressure on us having the kitchen delivered before we’re ready.

Top class customer service

Gareth was super helpful in helping me find a replacement hob for an elderly friend. Both on the phone and in person he was very patient and explained everything I needed to know. His customer service skills were top class. I will certainly recommend the Isleworth branch in the future.
