Unwanted marketing texts

After over a year of contacting my local Keighley store and head office I’m still receiving unwanted marketing text messages. The text stop message doesn’t work. I’ve never signed up for them and they are a real nuisance. Also a breach of GDPR and reportable to ICO. As soon as I’ve updated my preferences they start up again. Howdens get your act together or you’ll lose me as a customer.

Manager Connor and staff members were outstanding with their service and advice for kitchen and products. Olivia, was brilliant at selecting products and sent multiple communication and was very professional. Aidan was excellent helping my husband to load order and offered advice. The work top you supplied was nothing…

The work top you supplied was nothing like the image, completely different, when we flagged it up you basically said case closed, no responsibility at all. Now I need to get solicitors involved which is more wasted time for me, and your worktop guy at Keighley store is a coward and hides behind emails,

Staff are brilliant

Staff are brilliant, helpful and friendly. My only negative comment is about the quality of handles sold with your fire door & frame pack. With the weight of the door the handles immediately started to flex and pull away from the body. I upgraded for better handles on 2 occasions now and those are great and fit for purpose.
