First to last day

From the first day of receiving our kitchen to the day it was completed the customer service at howdens keighley was atrocious. Between members of staff they lacked communication, we had to personally return multiple pieces of kitchen due to mishandling by the ‘third party’ delivery team. We were dropped out of the ‘designers’ mind as soon as payment was made, he was obviously looking at the money from the first time we met. They still owe us money, next stop head office.

Avoid like the plague

Avoid like the plague, you have disputes with your account, you call head office accounts department after asking the branch for the correct telephone number, and the day after a girl called Chloe rings and leaves an abrupt answerphone message saying ‘you have an overdue account and won’t be able to use the account until paid, so call in and pay it’ I don’t think this branch care about their customers!

Broken units

Broken units, promised free bits didn’t arrive and when questioned the deal was done without them 🤬 won’t use again unless I really have to, even placed another order and not everything arrived, staff don’t seem to either know what they are doing or are just not interested, apart from Ann who is as helpful as she can be

Avoid using !!!!!!

Got messed about by the assistant manager, after loosing a day i managed to speak to somone won who would sell me what i wanted. But that wasnt it as id been messed about this job was now an emergency job the door frame i was give was twisted to hell and could not loose more time to return it and had to struggle and use it, which inevitably compromised the finnish, i spoke to said manager again about this and how dissapointed i was an if there was any discount for the faulty item i had to use. The response i got was basically laughed at in my face. I have an extremely big project coming up and thankfully im only time using howdens on this small job i will not be returning and closing my account. I raised an official complaint which was a complete waste of time and had zero response even the women on the phone was rude! Avoid this company at all costs! Overpriced poor quality and cocky staff!

Quality kitchen professionally installed

Howdens kitchen been designed by Craig Humphreys at Keighley depot and fitted by Andy Bamford. The whole process from initial contact with Craig to completion were seamless and extremely efficient. Craig gave us many great ideas for space saving and style. Giving us exactly what we wanted and more. Howdens units were of top quality and reasonably priced. Craig was always available to give advice and immediately changed a cupboard door that was slightly marked. Andy fit the kitchen to the highest standard and project managed the whole process. I would highly recommend Howdens and Andy Bamford if your looking for a quality kitchen, fitted without any unnecessary issues.
