Wish went somewhere else

How my first experience went with Kelso Howdens lead by store (manager Gary) Mislade, robbed, insulted all underestimations of how Gary treated me at Kelso. Gary is probably one of the most disloyal managers i have come across in my 10 years dealing with Howdens or any manager in fact in my 15 years self-employed experience it was worse than dealing with a child. Howdens allowed Gary to make up wild accusations with no proof he even got to change his mind multiple times again with no proof or explanation of why you were suddenly changing your mind. P*** up in a brewery doesn't COVER THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It didn't matter what evidence I put forward (it was all lies) according to Gary. Howdens let Gary hide behind solicitors which he wasn't paying for!!!!!! For me to challenge this in court it was going to cost me 3x the amount Gary defraud me by. So in the end I paid in full, As Court wasn't viable. This process with Howdens had already cost me enough time and money. In my opinion HOWDENS ONLY ever cared about the money side of things not what was right not what was wrong therefore i no option but just to close my account and never to trade again. Gary you personally have cost howdens over £35,000 to date in trade. I attached couple pictures exact same kitchen same store and designer but with three different prices. In his statement he refers to £17,500 (I had the figures wrong) the real some was £18,175 and yes this is the same kitchen with no changes over week ish. With 3 different costs yep Gary you know exactly what's going on😂 Video will be going on YouTube showing stage by stage off this process. I'm actually still left astounded looking back at it. Recently just had a WREN experience would define it as outstanding Many thanks Not sure what for tho!
