Not being informed when someone other than me uses my account

Although I asked someone to pick up a Worktop and Joint strip from your Kenley branch , I was surprised that nobody contacted me to ask wether or not this was ok that someone other than myself was using my account. Is this normal, if so then anyone that knows me could use my account without me knowing. I await a reply from you on this matter Jim. O'Donnell
