Purchased a kitchen and when the…

Purchased a kitchen and when the tradesman was fitting it, he had to re-purchase a couple of parts as they hadn't been supplied. Tradesman added this to the price of installation. When Howdens was contacted to explain and to get a refund for these parts, understandably they said that they would contact tradesman and arrange for any refund due. Months later and still not received any contact from Howdens or any refund. Bad customer service.
