Kimmi's calm, professional, and understanding approach to resolving any issues we encountered was not only reassuring but went above and beyond our expectations. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her, and her dedication made the entire process so much smoother. Her recommendation for a kitchen fitter, Carl, was equally impressive and perfectly aligned with the high standard of service we received from Howdens.
