Kimmi has been excellent

Kimmi has been excellent. From the minute she measured the kitchen until the minute it was completed, she has been their guiding us all the way. She listened to what we wanted and gave advice when we were unsure or couldn't agree. She was always at the end of the phone or email if things weren't quite right and sorted them out immediately. The quality of the kitchen is amazing and it's now our favorite room in the house.

Co-operation in kitchen design.

A great experience working with Kadie. This was the first time Kadie had designed a kitchen in a park home and probably the first time she had worked with a retired kitchen designer and fitter of long standing. Initially I sensed a slight friction as she was used to taking the lead but we both quickly mellowed and a mutual respect set in. I for respecting her in-depth knowledge of Howdens kitchens and for her respecting that my kitchen was not straight forward as there were built in restrictions that could not be changed and the existing kitchen did not conform to todays specifications that were not apparent until they were pointed out. I hope Kadie got as much satisfaction working with me as I did working with her. Thank you Howdens and Kadie in particular.
