Amazing service

Amazing service, to avoid missing anyone out, I would like to say that all staff were absolutely great, very friendly, knowledgeable and understanding to our needs, I was very impressed that good and professional customer service still exists. Always very helpful staff throughout…

Always very helpful staff throughout the Kingston/Surbiton branch . Excellent designers and sales desk really know there products ,with helpful advise. The warehouse men extremely efficient,no hanging about and delivery always on time ,and in good condition , so yes 5* What I might say none of them know much about football and there choice of teams ...eek room for improvement 😁

I sent customers to your Woking branch…

I sent customers to your Woking branch to get a kitchen. I was phoned by one of the kitchen salesmen to make sure it was ok for them to use my account which I said it was. He asked if I wanted anything put on the price and I asked for him to put £500 on. He said that was fine and I left it at that. The customer bought a kitchen from you last October and paid to have it in storage with you until I could start the job this January. The kitchen has been delivered and fitted, but still no sign of the money on my account. When I went in to the branch, the guy said he would look into it and still nothing. So £500 down because of their incompetence.

The staff at Kingston branch are always very happy to help. Great at helping our clients chose their kitchens and deal with the designs (and the changes required) and the services is always very good. Especially if things need changing or additions are needed.
