Order incorrect!

Quote was wrong as all handles were missing from my purchase of five doors yet only one handle was I included and ifld sent a quotation off another merchants so all yous had to do is copy it. Therefore the total of the bill went up due to howdens mistake. Very simple task to copy a quation yet got it totally wrong and it cost me personally out of my labour for your employee mistake. Not impressed.

Absolutely fed up with Howdens accounts…

Absolutely fed up with Howdens accounts department ,the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing , to the extent I am going to close my account now after 20+ years and cancel an order of nearly £20000 for my sons kitchen . So stick this on your trust pilot Disgraceful, but always it will fall on deaf ears 😡
