14k down the train

Hot a kitchen installed with them and all joiner in February still trying to get it fixed. Joiner does not get back to us. Howdens are dusting there hands on it not interested made several calls keep getting promises of people coming out to look at it but all failed promises. I have units that are squint nails sticking through wood holes carved in back of units making it look a complete mess 14 k later and may as well given the money to some one in the street as it rubbish Howdens have been in contact with us came out seen the mess and advised that out of curiosity they are contacting us back after speaking to joiner saying he has to fix it so no further forward

Your pricing has now got ridiculously…

Your pricing has now got ridiculously expensive, there is no benefit to this pricing. I was charged £25 for delivery of one door a distance of less the 2 miles, you only pay the delivery £20 so why the extra fiver on top. You need to take a look at yourselves, this is embarrassing.

needs beter quality control

dealing with with staff is OK but staff could do with better understanding/training of ther products that ther selling. also found that the company is need to work on quality control alot as find faults with ther products all the time and it has cost me time and money.
