⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding service from Howdens Larne! I honestly couldn’t recommend the team at Howdens Larne highly enough. From the moment we dealt with them, the service was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was right. What really stood out was how helpful and approachable the staff were. Nothing was too much trouble, and they took the time to listen, offer advice and make sure we were completely happy with everything. It’s rare these days to come across such a fantastic level of customer service. The whole experience was made so much easier thanks to the team, and their attitude and professionalism deserve real recognition. They are a credit to Howdens. A massive thank you to everyone at Howdens Larne — absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this depot to anyone. 5 stars without a doubt! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent customer service

Guys in the Larne outlet were so helpful and nothing was to much hassle as I had to change a few things with my kitchen at the last minute and they help smooth out the difficulties involved. Customer service from the same team was excellent and they worked with myself the customer to ensure I walked out the door with 100% satisfaction I was happy shopping with Howdens Larne. Reason why I prefer shopping with local businesses.

Railroaded into making a full payment…

Railroaded into making a full payment to get a 'special discount'. Paid over £10,000 into an account that I was given with a reference number. The account turned out to be a fitter that I never met nor new his surname or address. On reflection I asked for a cancellation, as soon as they re-opened, told no problem They then requested a bank statement from me to prove I had paid ! Then told me it would be a week to get my money back ( my bank transfer took 2hours ! ) Money was due on 30th May, I emailed them on the day to chase them up. No money sent. I rang on 31st, they would contact accounts, no return call. Rang Customer Services on 2nd June, told it would be another 3 days because it their "systems".' Poor or No communication and terrible Customer. I could not recommend to anyone

Herringbone floor

Recently bought a howdens own brand herringbone floor for a customer of mine. Have to say quality of the product was very good easy to put down and click together with a board that is reversible so no need for the A and B boards

Perfect customer service

I have just had my kitchen measured by Mark from Howden’s in Larne, Mark was respectful and courteous. He knows his craft well and was able to advise me on a perfect kitchen. I honestly can’t recommend this member of staff enough. He went over and beyond his role to ensure I got the perfect kitchen.. He was able to advise on kitchen fitters and even builders.. Howdens, give this man a pay rise
