Howdens Leamington Spa need staff training

Howdens Leamington Spa. My builder asked me to go and choose the products I needed, I have never been to such an unhelpful place. Six people sat in the centre open office and not one looked up to ask if I needed any help. I was then told there was a display of kitchens upstairs....the display turned out to be one person on a computer who was helpful who gave me a brochure.Went to the Warwick Depot and they were the opposite, very helpful and friendly

Purchased doors and hardware. Andy was very helpful and knowledgeable. Assisted me throughout the whole process offering recommendations where I was struggling to decide. Took ownership and arranged delivery according to my schedule. Was polite and courteous and kept me informed. Excellent service.

I popped in leamington branch to open account and managed to talk to design consultant who helped me out regarding the kitchen layout there and then ( James garner) as I am not the most patient of people, so to be accommodated was great . Also the service I have received from the trade counter ( andy ) has also been excellent.
