The work of the design consultant

The work of the design consultant, Ben Webster, in November was exceptional in its expert use of CAD/CAM and patient willingness to accommodate my changes of mind. This despite the fact I was planning for a Spring upgrade at the property I had bought in Hampshire. The installation of the final kitchen design will be finished in the middle of February…a schedule made possible by the equally accommodating and ready actions of the staff at the company’s Eastleigh branch.

Marcus Jones and his Ledbury team are amazing.

Marcus Jones and his team at the Ledbury branch have been outstanding. A former kitchen designer there created a bit of a mess of the measurements for our kitchen but Marcus has gone out of his way to put it right in whatever way possible. He is truly a star and all his team are a delight to meet. Nothing was too much trouble. Genuinely blown away by the customer service.
