Howdens - Kirkstall, Leeds

We chose Kirkstall Howdens in Leeds to design our kitchen for us and we were so so happy with the results and the exceptional service we received. Carl, the manager was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He listened and nothing was too much trouble for him. He went out of his way to meet us around childcare, sometimes staying late after his shift to accommodate this. Laura was also absolutely brilliant. Her design for our kitchen was exactly what we wanted. She went above and beyond, delivering extra items by hand to our door the same day or next day. She also provided excellent service when the worktops team made an error in measurements meaning a quick response and solution was provided for us. The whole team at this store are so welcoming and friendly and I can not recommend them enough

We are extremely pleased with how our kitchen has turned out. Beth was brilliant from day one and provided great customer service throughout the full process keeping us informed during the design, changes and finishes. We had a unique under the stair space and Beth did an amazing job of designing new storage solution as part of the kitchen. Would thoroughly recommend Howdens and Beth if you are designing a new kitchen.

Howdens Kitchen

Ordered a kitchen from Howdens. Beth my designer helped from start to finish, she came to my house to discuss my ideas and when I went to the showroom to take a look she was warm and friendly and we talked through all the parts to make sure everything was correct. She was available for all my questions throughout and sorted any problems I had. The kitchen is now fitted and I love it, great quality and just what I wanted!

From the start of the process, Beth seemed to know exactly what we were looking for. She was patient and made the experience see so much easier than we had anticipated.
