Made an appointment to see Amy to help us design our new kitchen. She was great. So helpful and made very useful suggestions about layout and storage solutions. Explained the ordering process, sale information and things we would need to ask our potential builder. Great experience at the design stage.

Customer Service Spot On.

This is the first time I have used Howdens. Been working on a home renovation for some time, a project that required a full face lift. I dealt mainly with Harriet the Assistant Manager on the counter who was nothing short of excellent. I had a great design done with one of their designers but I ended up being help out by James the Manager. Honestly some of the best customer service I could of ever received, nothing was every to much for them to assist with. Especially when I had issues involving around my account with my clients not paying on time. Will be recommending for all of my next projects. Keep up the hard work!

I had a delivery due at Howdens Lewes…

I had a delivery due at Howdens Lewes and I was pushed for time. The staff (In particular a young lady) went out of her away, to accept the Howdens lorry delivery with my items on board and get them onto my van as quickly as possible. Great help and great service - thank you. I meant to pop in before I left, to pass on my gratitude, but was boxed in and had to ‘faff about’ getting on my way.

First class service!

As always, Howdens in Lewes are a very friendly and efficient crew. I ordered some Clerkenwell end panels online and received a phone call the next working day to say when they will be ready for collection. I popped in to collect and all was carried out for me. All very seamless and easy which is exactly what one needs. I just wish other traders were as good. 11/10
