I love my new kitchen

I love my new kitchen. Howdens has so many choices that it is easy to design a kitchen that speaks to your own personal style. The customer service is great and any issues found during the fitting were rectified quickly. AMAZING KITCHEN AND UTILITY FIT, BIG THANKS TO KEVIN AT LEWISHAM BRANCH

We recently had a fairly extensive extension done and needed a complete new Kitchen and Utility room and we did our homework and Howden's came out very well. I am pleased to say that we are very happy that we chose Howden's over its competitors. Kevin and his team at Lewisham really looked after us and helped us through the process, from the initial design stage right through to helping us make a decision on handles at the end. There were a number of nice touches that Kevin recommended that we just wouldn't have thought of. We tweaked the design a number of times and Kevin really went the extra mile - nothing was too much trouble. The Kitchen and Utility have now been fitted and we are very pleased with the end result. The quality of the units are very, very good. Would recommend Howden's and Kevin and his team at Lewisham highly.

Few considerations missed

The design was fine but there were a few elements that were not thought about which now make our kitchen much harder to use than before. Namely that the space around our freestanding fridge was not wide enough and that should have been considered i.e. the designer at Lewsisham branch should have allowed for 5 cm gap at the side of the fridge and a 10 cm at the top. This means we are now stuck with a FF that overheats and over freezes. The response rate was fine and the cupboard quality is good too.
