It’s trade only.

Tried to order a new kitchen to fit myself but they wouldn’t entertain me as I wasn’t trade. I have had to go elsewhere and looking at many of these reviews I’m glad I did. I’m also fitting kitchens for a couple of friends and have advised them to look elsewhere. Very poor.

My experience with Howdens started off…

My experience with Howdens started off really well. I was so impressed with the design of my kitchen. Delivery of the kitchen was a mess. I had to keep messaging them to find out when it would be delivered. I was told the delivery guys were stuck in Mablethorpe one evening, so he told them to leave it. There was no apology at all after I waited in for them. I made a complaint to the deputy manager as I had a few other niggles, like the rude staff in the background once when I called. She arranged a phone call and was really apologetic. I was satisfied with the apology. She said she would get a £50 voucher to me as a good will gesture which I never saw! I emailed her a couple of times whilst my kitchen was being fitted as had a couple of questions but she completely ignored me. My kitchen has now been completed and I am so happy with it. Lee designed it perfectly and I can't thank him enough. However, i think the communication has been very poor from Howdens.
