Everone at the tritton Road branch are absolutely amazing, great advice, friendly service, and supper prices. Dylan is a star, beckys lovely, warehouse staff are so helpful. 100% recommended I'm female and don't feel intimidated asking questions. Well done all.

Disgraceful.

Kitchen delivered in September.. Now December and still waiting on incorrect items to be sorted! Branch ignores you for days, doesn’t turn up to appointments and now costing us £800 per month! 36 weeks pregnant and looking like no complete kitchen until February minimum. Sat with designer for over 2 hours and promised a like for like beat the quote of our kitchen design elsewhere. Now to be told impossible to create kitchen from the design images as don’t even do some of the items!! Unacceptable service and no responsibility taken for issues. Always full of excuses. Escalating to customer service line now as lost all faith in the branch to finally sort our kitchen and if not - next step legal advice. Howdens Lincoln Tritton Rd should be ashamed. Branch manager not even bothered to get in touch with us even though have asked on multiple occasions for this to be escalated.

The branch designed the kitchen wrong

The branch designed the kitchen wrong, changed units and then Billed me for the units 4 times everytime they promised to resolve and didn’t. Spoke to the rudest woman (the manager) who told me she only had a pen and not a magic wand! Will not be using again
