Picked up a pr finished white door…

Picked up a pr finished white door rapped in cardboard delivered it to the customer they opened it to see the door fi ding a mark on the face not excepting it. No more in stock at Wisby or any in Lincoln so got to go to Newark to pick door up not happy

Simple easy transaction

Simple easy transaction, items all in stock. Staff were all helpful in depot and order and collection was all dealt with in minutes. Just what you want when you are busy. Many thanks

It’s trade only.

Tried to order a new kitchen to fit myself but they wouldn’t entertain me as I wasn’t trade. I have had to go elsewhere and looking at many of these reviews I’m glad I did. I’m also fitting kitchens for a couple of friends and have advised them to look elsewhere. Very poor.

My experience with Howdens started off…

My experience with Howdens started off really well. I was so impressed with the design of my kitchen. Delivery of the kitchen was a mess. I had to keep messaging them to find out when it would be delivered. I was told the delivery guys were stuck in Mablethorpe one evening, so he told them to leave it. There was no apology at all after I waited in for them. I made a complaint to the deputy manager as I had a few other niggles, like the rude staff in the background once when I called. She arranged a phone call and was really apologetic. I was satisfied with the apology. She said she would get a £50 voucher to me as a good will gesture which I never saw! I emailed her a couple of times whilst my kitchen was being fitted as had a couple of questions but she completely ignored me. My kitchen has now been completed and I am so happy with it. Lee designed it perfectly and I can't thank him enough. However, i think the communication has been very poor from Howdens.
