I have been in the trade for years now and since the whisby road branch of Howdens opened it has been a absolute pleasure to be able to cross the bridge between customer and trader. Stuart, Matt, Tom, jack,Abi and to be fair the hole team there. And I mean team as they all work so well together to make sure it's a smooth transaction every time. Customer service is excellent.

Jack made our experience great, at the Whisby road branch. He has bent over backwards to design, and talk us through every aspect of our kitchen order. He's always been on the other end of the phone for us, and any minor hiccups he has ironed out promptly. He never made us feel a nuisance, anything I wanted or changed he gracefully tackled it with good humour. The after sales service from him and them all has completely blown me away. I honestly can't thank you enough.
