Great Company

Hannah Taylor was superb in measuring, helping us choose our kitchen units and appliances. Nothing was too much trouble and she was willing to help out with all queries, which she did willingly and with expediency. Delivery of order was on time, and delivered carefully.

Just fabulous

I have used my local Howdens for other projects and have been impressed by their quality and efficiency. So for my project in Co Mayo, I was keen to use Howdens again. Lisburn branch have been a joy to deal with - it has all been over the phone, but their ability to translate my requirements has been very impressive. Great Customer Service. I would thoroughly recommend them to everyone.

Fantastic experience and service from hoydens in Lisburn. Jordan and the team could not have been more helpful. From making an enquiry Hannah was out to measure up the kitchen and it was ordered. We had a small issue with a unit and this was resolved within 40 minutes!! I will use them for every project I can.

Howdens Lisburn great prices and efficent service

Howdens Lisburn has a bright tidy welcome area. Our purchase was preceeded by a telephone conversation and reservation. On collection day the staff were so efficent and friendly By the time we completed payment the appliance was ready to load into the van. We plan to direct more business to this depot.

Howdens a Great Experience

Been using Howdens since it opened and I must say the customer service experience is first class Staff always very helpful and smiling nothing is hardwork for them.Also they contact me regulary to see if I need anything or tell me about deals.Donna and Chas are also very helpful and they both have a great rapore with all members of the Public. A first class outfit and its a pleasure to have my tråde at this branch

Outstanding Service

We recently purchased a complete kitchen including appliances from Howdens - Lisburn after we were let down by the original supplier. Jordan went out of his way to fit us in to design the kitchen the same day. and the kitchen then arrived a week later which is frankly phenomenal service! Not one item was missing from the order which meant the fitters were able to complete the job before the weekend. The care and attention to detail that Jordan and the team in Lisburn went to was outstanding. The finished kitchen is really nice quality and looks great. The overall cost was a pleasant surprise too! Well done. I'll have no trouble recommending Howden's Lisburn to anyone.
