Five star team.

Called into the Lisburn depot five minutes before the doors closed for Christmas Holidays. All the staff were so pleasant and helpful. What more could you ask from this five star team. Looking forward to my next visit.

Every branch can be different

Every branch can be different, however my go to is Lisburn NI and have dealt with a few others but Lisburn.... staff are unreal. Nothing is too much hassle, they look after us and keep the business going. Can't thank them enough and deal with alot of suppliers and few give the level of sevice and backup.

Great experience

We recently purchased a kitchen from Howdens Lisburn store.  The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, particularly Katie who sat with us and helped us with the design.  Katie was extremely patient and nothing was a bother, even though we changed the spec a few times.   Katie always answered our calls or got back to us asap.  The kitchen was delivered on time and everything was there.  No issues.  We are delighted with the finished kitchen which is exactly how we imagined it.  Thank you Howdens and thank you Katie for making the whole process stress free!

I cannot recommend Howdens enough for their personalised kitchen builds, especially with the help of Jake. From the moment we first contacted him, he was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and transparent throughout the entire process. Despite having no prior communications with us, Jake was able to create nearly our dream kitchen for our initial meeting, paying attention to every detail and even including accessories that truly made the room come together. Jake's professionalism and dedication to ensuring we were happy with the final result was truly impressive. We are so grateful to have worked with someone as personable and effective as Jake. If only every person we dealt with for our house was as fantastic as him. Thank you, Howdens, and thank you, Jake, for making our kitchen dreams a reality. Five stars all the way.
