used the warranty on a broken piece of glass on our cooker was phoned and told a time and date then called again the next day and told they never previously phoned at all,even though we had proof of the same number calling the day before,and wasn't very polite on the phone.maybe a 3rd party replacing the glass unsure how ever wasn't impressed with how they spoke on the phone quite rude. First point of contact was relatively polite.
