Extremely helpful and good quality

Nic was extremely helpful when designing my pantry, she listened to what I wanted and was also patient, when I repeatedly asked her to change the design. All the staff in Howdens were a pleasure to work with and nothing was too much trouble. The finished pantry is fantastic, and I am delighted with the quality of the units and layout.

Don't threaten me

I didn't enjoy being threatened with account closure by email if I didn't make a purchase, which I've now done. Maybe improve your selection of internal glazed doors before threatening people to buy products you don't stock

Kitchen upgrade

Knowledgeable and helpful from the outset. Consistent, excellent lines of communication. Nic understood our requirements and came up with the perfect design to meet our wish list whilst preserving the uniqueness of the space in our unusual property. The few issues which cropped up were dealt with promptly and Nic was always available to help. We’re extremely pleased with the quality and end result.

Exceptional service by Nathan for replacement kitchen supply

Used Howdens to supply kitchen and vinyl flooring for a holiday home in Newquay, made trickier by the fact I had to organise everything remotely as I live in Derby and it had to be completed in 10 days before the next guests checked in. Nathan was superb in organising the kitchen, responding to questions and adjusting the order as my fitter identified things that needed changing, including personally delivering some replacement items on site. Thoroughly recommended

New ceramic hob needed

My Mums ceramic hob became faulty so I had to look for a replacement. The Lamona hob we decided on had all the functions of the previous one plus a few additional ones it didn’t. Very competitive pricing and great quality was important as it was not for me. The team at Howdens were brilliant so a big thanks to them. Highly recommended.
