A customer of mine that I sent to…

A customer of mine that I sent to branch in Liverpool they’ve ordered the kitchen and spent £10,000 in the kitchen was delivered. The kitchen was mismeasured by the person that come out and measure it and also they have been charged for infills i.e. bins drawer accessories never been delivered They also charge for delivery on a £10,000 cost. I recommended this customer to them. I spend a lot of money with Howdens which now this is very disappointing to me. I will be going to speak to the branch regarding this. My customer has nothing but issues with missing items from this delivery. This is done back in the back end of December 20,23 I’ve just got to the end of it now. I really hope this is the end of this issue as I’ve not been into the branch as of yet to resolve this with the branch manager. I will be updating as of now
