Superb Client Service

Ben at Howdens Livingston was incredibly helpful and attentive, I have just moved into a new home with a beautiful Howdens kitchen but needed a couple of minor tweaks but I was treated with the same level of service and attentiveness had I been ordering a huge full kitchen. Everything was made very easy with Ben asking for all the relevant details in order that he had the correct item for me and this was really appreciated. Customer service doesn't come much better than this.

Fitted kitchen looks great

Fitted kitchen looks great, pleased with the fixtures & fittings, the only gripe I have is the amount of hassle involved to get a decent job done when it's not a bog standard cupboard carcass...e.g. the dishwasher door front was a complete pain in th earse, measure half the width, then up a bit and put a plastic hanger on the door before mounting to front of dishwasher, then add some screws, yada, yada, yada...(MFI did a better job 30 years ago), similarly with washer & dryer "housing" - in reality just a door front & kickboard... levelling the appliances was "a joy" (and the levelling screws were a bit iffy), that said it just meant more time & effort to get that "professional finish" (I'm just a DIYer, but hate a rough job😕) Overall, a good looking kitchen & seems good quality, only spoiled by the assembly "niggles"🙂

Great Kitchen, Great Service = Happy Clients

We actually placed our offer with Howdens Livingston who were excellent throughout the process. We made a couple of changes and both Jo and Brendan were very helpful throughout the order and delivery process. I have also spoken with Brendan a couple of times since with a couple of questions I had and he was very helpful.
