A first class professional service all around. Beth our Designer is a credit to the company and was excellent with her suggestions, engagement and patience. All other staff were friendly, supportive and helpful. Our customer experience was excellent and we would highly recommend using Howdens Llandudno for any kitchen projects.

From start to finish everything has been unbelievable, firstly Ben when I open my account answered every question I had about opening an account which give me the confidence to book a kitchen design appointment, which Bethan turned up on time and was very helpful with ideas with the kitchen, on the visit to the shop to go though the designs for the kitchen all of the staff in store were again very welcoming.

Outstanding service

The service my husband and I have received from Howdens is amazing. We originally spoke to Colin the Manager and he put our minds at rest as a kitchen is a real investment and it has to be right. He also recommended a great Joiner Colin Jones to fit the kitchen for us, and help make the dream a reality. Beth W was our designer and she helped build our dream kitchen with us. We are more than pleased with the results and our expectations have been exceeded, which in today’s world is quite rare. Whenever we were unsure about something Beth was always on hand to help, she came to the house a number of times just to reassure us. We have been on such a journey and we can honestly say we have received a 5 star service from Howdens Llandudno. We can’t thank them enough as we sit in our kitchen and admire the truly amazing results.
