Very good customer experience, friendly and professional team. The refurbished warehouse looks great. All queries answered and kitchen design, planning and ordering was swift and straightforward. Ordered some flooring and although not in stock, the guy helping me rang another store and they held stock for me to pick up.

Beware Howdens Laminate flooring.

After many months, still in dispute with Howdens about their Luxury Vinyl Flooring Boards. A single pack of boards contained some that were very slightly faulty - with a raised lip at one end. This was barely noticeable at the time. The problem comes when the boards are down, as then the raised lip becomes caught on footwear etc. It breaks, especially at corners. Advice to other customers: Check all flooring boards thoroughly for even the slightest of defects, as Howdens do not seem at all willing to honour any guarantee. This, in effect, renders their guarantee completely worthless.
