Poor Customer Service

Went in, and waited as a couple in front of me being served. Not even acknowledged whilst waiting for approx 5 - 10mins whilst they were served. Several other Howdens colleagues wandering around in office area, no offer to assist or even a hello, so left and spent my money on doors and worktops etc in another local competitor.

Incorrectly supplied components with no response

Incorrectly supplied components, and no response to request for assistance. No response to emails or phone calls. Other Howdens stores say they can not support as purchased through another store. An awful experience.

Lurgan trade counter

Called in trade counter to use my account details as needed glue and trade wipes, the counter staff were very helpful, highly recommended and will pass onto family and work colleagues to give you guys a go, thanks David.

Lurgan Store - Highly recommended

I recently visited the Lurgan store and was really impressed by the great service I received from Stuart. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable about all of the products I was enquiring about. He ensured I got the correct products ordered and agreed the delivery timeframe in an effective and efficient manner. Through further discussion with Stuart he informed me about other products that you offer and I visited the store again today to book a design appointment. Thanks for the great service Stuart I will definitely be recommending Howdens in Lurgan to my family and friends.

Howdens Lurgan

When into Howdens in Lurgan to colour match units for a client. Customer service was great, friendly and talkive no push to buy anything else just look at our own leisure. Sales Representative was 1 of a kind. Which we will deal with again.

Great showroom & team

Absolutely fantastic team at howdens, being a local builder there have been many times I've been stuck in a pinch! But have never let down by the boys once. Don't let the trade only sign fool you, this store is for everyone.
