Ordered a new fridge from Howdens…
Ordered a new fridge from Howdens Lytham after our old one packed in unexpectedly. Chris the store manager was excellent throughout, delivered it to us on the same day and even took away the old one free of charge. Couldn’t recommend highly enough, superb service!

It was the quality of service I was given having to go to pick my own other bits up from another store when they’re normally do it for the day after all within 48 hours so I am thinking of changing store where I have my account☹️

New kitchen but oven that has serial…
New kitchen but oven that has serial number over ten years old so Neff refuse to honour warranty after oven developed a fault. A month later, no closer to having a working oven or replacement. Keep blaming internal systems. Disgraceful treatment of clients and will be looking at legal action to cover costs of a new oven if not resolved soon. Would avoid for the poor after care and shocking stock rotation. Please contact me asap to resolve.

THE BEST Out of the Kitchen Companies we visited
We went to the Howden's branch at WhiteHills (Lytham Branch) to have a look at the kitchens they had to offer. The guys there were really helpful, not pushy at all like they were at some of the other kitchen companies we visited. They offered advice and help and also coffee and drinks which was an extra we didn't expect. My friends had just used them on a large kitchen and said that the service was 2nd to none. They had to order extra bits and also take some bits back that they didn't need and everything was dealt with without any problems.

Hello, is there anybody there?
I attended two separate kitchen design appointments. After the second visit I was asked to review and confirm worktop colour and unit range to allow them to confirm a quote. I E Mailed the requested information on 15th Jan, and called to confirm it had been received. I was advised that the designer was busy, but that they would get him to call me back. There was no return call, so I called again of 16th Jan, and was once again told that the designer was busy, but he would call again. I repeated the exercise on 17th Jan, only to receive the same response... At that point I took the decision not to make any further calls, and arranged a design meeting with an alternative supplier as a back-up, and in case I did not get a call back. It is now 4 weeks since I E Mailed, and there has been no follow, hence, today I confirmed a £26k order with an alternative supplier. Your loss.

Great job!
Rang st Anne’s howdens to design me a kitchen for a customer. Lee came out to site and measured up and designed a great kitchen to work in a very tricky space! Great job Lee and thanks for the effort you put in. Certainly look forward to the next one and won’t be working with anyone else.

Just bought my kitchen from lytham Howdens
Just bought my kitchen from lytham howdens , lee the designer has done an amazing job, both me and my wife are very happy with the design, lee couldn’t of been more helpful, he did us 3 different designs as we changed a our mind a few time, he’s even managed you secure installation from a trusted fitter at short notice Dgs kitchens, so fingers crossed we will have our new kitchen fitted in the coming weeks. Big thank you to lee

Just awful
Just awful. Went to the st Anne’s store for a kitchen design. After receiving the design and prices we went back for a second meeting. From the moment we sat down the designer, Lee, was abrupt and surly. He behaved as though our presence was just an irritation to him. When we asked about the materials he replied by telling us we should have read his design properly. He then started slamming down examples angrily and when asked if he was having a bad day he terminated the meeting and said he wasn’t willing to go ahead. Just appalling behaviour. So bad that I seriously thought me might be using something. I wouldn’t use howdens now if they paid me.
