Excellent service
Howdens are really on the ball. They help with decision making, never leave you feeling fobbed-off, and deliver on their promise.

Delivery fees
Skirtings and architraves were fine. Not happy about the surprise £60 delivery charge for about 5 miles form the branch. We’re trade customers and don’t expect that sort of charge for a few lengths.

Howdens in Maidenhead offers a mixed experience. Staff can be knowledgeable and helpful, and delivery times are speedy. They provide good product choices and kitchen designs, with standout service from individuals like Denise Grimes. However, pricing isn't competitive, and some bespoke designs missed the mark. Overall, quality and customer service vary.
