Very poor service!!!

The constant email spam, texts and phone calls are very annoying. Closing my account when I previously told you on many occasions that my primary workload is bathroom fitting is just petty. You then opened up a new one and made a purchase on it YOURSELVES which is a very strange way of doing business. To top it off the last 2 clients I've put your way for kitchen quotes you have let them down. The 1st one you didn't even bother to call them back. The 2nd one looks like they are going to Wren, probably for the fitting too so youve cost me a few weeks work there. Not really good enough is it!!!

I recommend door hinges and latches…

I recommend door hinges and latches should be sold separately as I had to buy extra latch just to get a third hinge for a glazed door. I never hang doors on just 2 hinges weight/bowing reasons. Other than that I received very good service, thank you.

Just had my new kitchen and utility…

Just had my new kitchen and utility room fitted and I must say howdens were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Geoff curb the sales / designer has completely transformed my kitchen utilising the space to perfection after going through a couple of different design options with me . The 3 D images I was shown really show what your new kitchen will look like and so easy to move bits about absolutely brilliant and I also highly recommend the quartz worktops they are just beautiful. Thanks Geoff and the team at howdens Maidstone fantastic job regards Angus Cruickshank

New Kitchen from Howdens, Maidstone

We have recently ordered a large kitchen from Howdens, the service was fantastic from start to finish, Mike came out and measured our kitchen, the next day we received a quote and sketches. We then visited the store the check we were happy with everything or if we wanted to add, take away or change any part of the design. The design was fantastic a lot of thought went into every detail and we were over the moon with everything. We would highly recommend Howdens for a kitchen for the actual product and service and value for money.
