Great Service at Maldon Branch

Ordered a Lamona ceramic hob to replace an induction because the client has had a pacemaker fitted. Dan at Maldon pulled out all the stops to get it quickly, phoning to tell me it had arrived so I could pick it up from the branch. Efficiency is becoming a rare commodity in this day and age so it was refreshing to deal with someone so helpful, thanks Dan !

New kitchen …

When we first planned to have a new kitchen we visited the showroom in Heybridge. All the staff we met were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Kyla listened to what we wanted and came up with a perfect plan for us. We've had questions along the way and Kyla has always replied quickly and we know this is some times from home. We are very grateful to Kyla and the other staff we met

New kitchen design

I dealt with Kyla from the Maldon , Essex branch. Kyla explained every range and scenario with us and was super helpful with all the knowledge of their products giving us total trust in her. The design was spot on and the agreed delivery arranged with all items arriving in perfect condition. Kyla was on hand to talk through any install queries we had and we couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Thank you so much.

Kyla at Maldon Howdens was amazing

Kyla at Maldon Howdens was amazing! She initially designed our kitchen and utility, including all the features we wanted and more, in the colours we wanted. We then sat down to go through and make small tweaks to the design before we finalised it. The ordering and delivery process was easy and smooth, and whenever we needed anything extra, the team at Maldon were always happy to help and quickly sort it. Thank you again, we love our new kitchen!

Thank you Kyla and Maldon staff

The staff at Maldon branch couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating when we were initially ‘just looking’ for our new kitchen. Kyla did a fantastic job surveying and coming up with ideas, and when we had questions, she always responded in a timely manner. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We ordered our Howdens kitchen and it was delivered on time. It’s in the process of being fitted, and we are extremely pleased with it. Dream Kitchen & the best team

I worked with Kyla at the Maldon Branch to plan our dream kitchen. She came round to measure for us, we had a planning meeting to finalise my design & then from paying the deposit all through to fitting Kyla was supporting us with updates, checking in on what we needed too. She gave us her mobile number and nothing was ever too much, she really went above and beyond. The kitchen itself is also beautiful and so well made, extremely happy!

Howdens, excellent service

Kyla spent a long time with us, guiding and advising us but what really impressed me was that she was always quick to reply whenever I contacted her with a query. With all large projects there are usually a couple of hiccups but Kyla addressed them quickly and Howden always delivered promptly. I contacted them on a recommendation and they did not disappoint. I would certainly be recommending them myself.

Honestly the best buying experience…

Honestly the best buying experience I’ve ever had. I needed to quickly refurbish a BTL property and get it on the market for sale - the wonderful Kyla at Howdens Maldon responded to my online inquiry on Sunday 3rd, measured up on the Wednesday 6th, sent me the fantastic CAD design on Thursday 7th, sent the detailed quote with every single item listed on the 8th, organised the fitter on the 11th, I paid the bill on the 13th, Howdens delivered on the 16th and the kitchen was completely done by the following Monday the 18th! And it looks exactly like the design Kyla did- 2 weeks from first inquiry to completion- you cannot do better than that! Lovely quality too - I bought the “Budget” Witney in Croft Grey for the property, but I was so impressed with the quality - especially the soft-close cupboards and drawers- that I may have the same one put in my own home!

Beautiful kitchen designed by Kev

Kev from the Malden branch designed my beautiful kitchen to perfection, he was so helpful even took me to the showroom in his own time so I could see the colours and work tops, really went the extra mile. Ant fitted it all for me and also did an amazing job. The whole process from start to finish was first class, including the well made cabinets, thank you.
