At our builders recommendation we approached Howdens to supply and design our new kitchen. Louisa came up with a great design and some brilliant suggestions which we had never considered. However once the build commenced and Louisa made a site visit it was clear it would not completely work. Louisa came up with a revised design very quickly which turned out even better than the original design. Changes we decided on along the way (change of appliance etc) were never an issue. We did experience problems with small bits and pieces that were missing, (rail clips etc) fortunately we are very close and were always able to go and collect or order. Manager at Howdens Malvern was excellent in talking us through how the rails etc fitted as the particular units we chose had not been installed by our builder before. Would highly recommend Howdens for quality and overall experience. Thanks team for our amazing kitchen.

So pleased we chose Howdens

I don't think we could have chosen better than Howdens Malvern. From our first contact with them to the finishing of our kitchen they have been exemplary - they're efficient, professional, proactive and approachable. Communication, either on the phone or face to face, has been excellent with the detail they give and the speed of their replies. Their prices are very competitive, and the quality of the units is superb. Overall it's excellent value. Also, our point of contact was Louisa, and we highly recommend her for help with your home projects. She has that natrual ability to understand what you're wanting to achieve and clearly explains the options available to how this can be done. The care and precision she takes to produce the CAD visuals is incredible and helps bring the project alive. She was always on hand, and speedily answered any queries. Thank you Howdens Malvern, we couldn't be more pleased.
