I’ve had an excellent experience with Howdens Mill Hill and can’t recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, Padma, Carl and Ben have been absolutely amazing, always professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and they’ve gone above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. Whether it was advice, product knowledge, or just making sure everything was handled properly, their support has been outstanding. It makes such a difference dealing with a team that genuinely cares about their customers. A huge thank you to all three. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Howdens Mill Hill to others.

New green utility room

Helpful Friendly Staff at Mill Hill Branch of Howdens

I bought a hob from Howden in Mill Hill. I was clear that I did not know if it would be needed until the plumber arrived and that if the existing could be fixed I would be returning the item unopened. They said this was fine. The guy in the Mill Hill shop was incredibly helpful in every way and even put it in my car for me. Fortunately for me, the existing hob was able to repaired. I then returned the item and another lovely person in the office helped me with taking it back. So I can't comment on the hob itself but the service and helpfulness of the staff at Mill Hill was second to none. Thank you.

Outstanding customer service when buying kitchen

Outstanding customer service from Meriel when designing and buying a new kitchen. Meriel guided me through the process with great knowledge and skill, without any pressure. I was particularly grateful that she accommodated my new kitchen around my existing worktop. She was also always available to answer any questions and make alterations. All other staff were very friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommend Howdens Mill Hill!
