Went into howdens Musselburgh for new handles the guy reluctantly showed me the options. When I asked the price he said "I don't know!"?? Then told me to go to kitchen sales place along the road.

Wrong information.

Being told that our order was in to having to visit 3 different branches to get our complete order. Being given wrong parts to be told WE got it wrong. Last but not least...having to go to Glasgow (from Musselburgh) to collect part of an order for it to be damaged.
