Customer chose from your online website, Sold items that were supposedly meant to be bathroom furniture, clearly not, they were multi purpose kitchen units, after virtually having to cut all the base away to accommodate the waste pipe for toilet found units to be far to high for customer, mis sold and when we tried to take back we were spoken to by the sale guy like he new better, clearly not we have fitted bathrooms for years, yous should not advertise for bathrooms this is way below the standards I expected from howdens, still awaiting to hear if I am getting a refund, awful experience!
