The staff are more than helpful

The staff are more than helpful , full of knowledge of the product's, with alternatives, but most importantly, and is most obvious when you walk into the branch your warmly welcomed , and dealt with quickly and efficiently . I am planning a large project of my own and will be contacting my branch.

1st time ever walking into Howdens…

1st time ever walking into Howdens Neston.. might as well been catching up friends.. from the moment of chat -order- completion , this depot is THE best customer service I’ve ever experienced .. The order was easy Andy who brought my kitchen to life on screen .. expertise from Justin Gary chris to help me get exactly what I needed , to delivery from Rob who was on time and worked from the moment he got here .. Tracey was perfect with all the invoices & pricing . Any issues that arose were dealt with by a “ not a problem , let’s get it right for “ attitude .. 5 ***** really isn’t enough for this depot … 100% advise anyone to go here 1st..
