Rubbish Customer Service

Went in to Howdens Newark on Trent Monday morning for spares for a Lamona Integrated Fridge Freezer. A man in customer services said we don't have them in stock I will need to get the part number and can order them so please leave your name and contact number and I will get back to you to let you know how much if you want to place the order. NOBODY has bothered to come back to me
