Howdens customer service (particularly the store manager) has been exceptional. I had an issue with an appliance and they couldn't have done more to help me find a resolution. No excuses, no delay, just a superb response that sorted out an ongoing issue. I wish all places had this type of customer service and they were a pleasure to deal with.

Great service from Howdens Newbury

Great service from Howdens Newbury, ordered two laminate worktops and two packs of Oak and gray Vinyl click flooring, went in to collect it and it was all ready to be loaded on the van, good quality laminate worktops at a great price and the flooring is perfect for bathrooms and kitchens.

Great choices and service

We recently had our kitchen, appliances and flooring supplied by Howdens in Newbury. Everyone was really helpful, in particular Ryan, who designed the kitchen layout for us. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, always finding a solution when the layout needed to be amended during our renovation works. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We are delighted with the finished kitchen, it looks great and Ryan has ensured the space works well, using every available nook & cranny for much needed storage. A big thank you to the team! Would highly recommend.
